Responsibilities
- Drive valuable customer retention and growth with your positive, customer-centric attitude
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Ubeya effectively and finding value in our product
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
- Provide demos, training sessions, webinars to existing and potential clients
- Identify opportunities for customers as advocates (e.g. feedback, testimonials, case studies)
- Collaborate closely with Sales Team to support trials, renewals and opportunities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Customer Success or similar role
- Native spoken and written English - MUST
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and high energy
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and with technical vernacular
- Feels very comfortable with top-notch technologies, products and can explain them easily
- Ability to work evening hours
- Bachelor’s degree (bonus)
