Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.

This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.


Responsibilities

  • Drive valuable customer retention and growth with your positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Ubeya effectively and finding value in our product
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Provide demos, training sessions, webinars to existing and potential clients
  • Identify opportunities for customers as advocates (e.g. feedback, testimonials, case studies)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Team to support trials, renewals and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar role
  • Native spoken and written English - MUST
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and high energy
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and with technical vernacular
  • Feels very comfortable with top-notch technologies, products and can explain them easily
  • Ability to work evening hours
  • Bachelor’s degree (bonus)
