Customer Success

We’re looking for an incredibly friendly, dynamic and analytical Customer Success Manager to help build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive valuable customer retention and growth with your positive, customer-centric attitude

  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Ubeya effectively and finding value in our product

  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers and mining opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Identify opportunities for customers as advocates (e.g. feedback, testimonials, case studies)

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Team to support trials, renewals and opportunities

  • Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and usage

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and high energy

  • Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and with technical vernacular

  • Ability to work evening hours

  • Fluent English
