Customer Success and Support

Our name stems from the Japanese word for Great Room – a central, open place where everyone comes together to quickly solve problems and discuss urgent matters. Ubeya is one of the Lead Companies in workforce management, We are looking for Customer Success and Support to join our growing team.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide demos, training sessions, webinars to existing and potential clients
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Ubeya effectively and finding value in our product
  • Identify opportunities for customers as advocates (e.g. feedback, testimonials, case studies)
  • Drive valuable customer retention and growth with your positive, customer-centric attitude

Who You are

  • Problem-solver mind set and “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
  • Responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar role (Big Plus)
  • Feels very comfortable with top-notch technologies, products and can explain them easily
  • Ability to work evening hours
