Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity

Join our current sales team, split between Tel Aviv and Dublin, on their mission to transform the way companies manage their employees. Acting as an Ubeya brand ambassador, your role will be to prospect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities to support the overall growth of Ubeya - a vital member of the squad! Using a mixture of phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person events, you will connect with targeted contacts and companies, guiding and consulting them on the benefits of the platform. This is an opportunity to fast-track your career within SaaS sales, working with an experienced sales team and a product-centric organization that focuses on a great customer and employee experience.

The Day-to-Day

• Research prospective companies and map your strategic outreach
• Cold call and email prospective customers
• Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Apollo, amongst others
• Work closely with the sales & marketing teams on initiatives to generate campaigns
• Report on specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals
• Liaise and feedback with the CEO and product team
• Build and develop a sales development methodology for future SDRs

• Someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and how it can be used correctly.
