Attendance Location Map

Map worker clock-in and clock-out activity across shifts. See where attendance is recorded and identify location issues for review.

On-Site Kiosk App

Let internal and agency workers clock in and out using employee IDs, QR codes or badges. Capture onsite attendance through the Ubeya Kiosk App.

Arrival Confirmations

Request or record arrival confirmations before and during scheduled jobs. Give managers earlier visibility into potential attendance gaps.

Facial Recognition Clock-In

Use facial recognition to verify workers during clock-in and clock-out. Add identity verification to attendance recording and help reduce inaccurate time records.

No-Show Tracking

Automatically record missed shifts and retain worker attendance history. Use no-show records to inform future booking decisions.

Approvals & Audit Trails

Collect worker sign-off and manager or client approval on timesheets. Keep an audit trail of edits to support timesheet review.

Clock-In Windows & Automatic Clock-Outs

Configure early and late clock-in windows and automatic clock-outs. Reduce open-ended time records when workers forget to clock out.

Live Attendance Tracking

Track needed, booked, confirmed and clocked-in workers in real time. Review attendance by start time or venue area to identify coverage gaps.

Multiple Clock-In Methods

Record attendance through mobile, geofencing, QR codes, manager check-in, badges or onsite kiosks. Match clock-in methods to your teams and locations.

Geofenced Clock-In

Use geofenced clock-in controls to restrict attendance recording to the correct venue or assigned area. Connect location requirements to worker check-in.
